SAHS to host first research dayThe School of Allied Health Sciences (SAHS) will host its first research presentation day. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, May 10, in the Allied Health/Research Building. Dr. Colleen S. Keller, professor and chair of the department of family nursing care, will serve as the keynote speaker. Dr. Keller will discuss "Research in Minority Women: Intrapersonal and Interpersonal Contextual Issues." Faculty will present research findings and participate in a poster session. Dr. Marilyn S. Harrington, dean of the SAHS, also will present awards for faculty excellence and outstanding research. The event is open to anyone and will feature work from all eight departments in the SAHS.
