People's Republic of China in Houston, visit with Dr. Francisco G. Cigarroa, Health Science Center president,
Dr. Steven A. Wartman, executive vice president for academic and health affairs and dean of the School of
Medicine, and Dr. Jia-Hong Gao, associate professor of radiology and chief of the MRI division. The diplomats
visited the Health Science Center Jan. 25 to discuss possible educational and academic exchanges between
higher institutions in China and the UTHSC.
