Open HouseOpen Houses focus on a particular school within the UTSHCSA. Open houses typically last 3-5 hours. Dental, Nursing, and Medical Open Houses include time with current students, tours of the specific school-related facilities, and often include meetings with the Deans of Admissions/Student Affairs.
Allied Health Open Houses
Allied Health Open Houses are held on alternate Fridays in the Spring. To schedule a group open house, please filll out the request for campus visits form. For individual information, please contact the Allied Health Welcome Center at AHWelcome@uthscsa.edu. Dental Open Houses Dental Open Houses are help the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 2p.m. To schedule a group open house, please contact Dr. Chapa (Please submit request for campus visit form). To individually register, please contact Hope Saldana at 567-3752 Medical Open Houses Medical open houses are held on alternate months, on Fridays. Please contact Dr. Chapa for specific dates/times and to sign up. Nursing Open Houses Nursing Open Houses are held quarterly, on the 3rd Thursday of the month. Please contact Dr. Chapa to register as a group (Please submit request for campus visit form). For individual registrations, please call Nicole at 567-5805. Open Houses for Pre-Professional Groups Open Houses are scheduled for pre-professional groups. In order to requests an open house tailored to the needs of a specific pre-professional organization please contact Dr. Chapa (Please submit request for campus visit form).
