Telehealth Initiative: Military Caregivers
If you are a spouse, friend, family member or loved one who assists a wounded, ill or injured service member or Veteran in any activity of daily living you are a military caregiver and could qualify to participate in a new program, the military caregiver telehealth initiative. This program is confidential and at no cost or requirements of health insurance.
The program lasts for 12 weeks for one hour a week by computer or smartphone with a qualified pool of therapists that care about helping you manage any obstacles that may hinder you. Be better at being there for them by taking care of yourself and better understanding how to cope with sadness, loss, stress or compassion fatigue.
For more information and to see if you qualify, contact Cynthia Sierra, M.S., LPCI by phone at 210-562-5215 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
