The Department of Physical Therapy is expanding its activities to plan for the development and implementation of a DPT, beginning in the Fall 2008.  The Department invites applications for one 12-month, full-time, tenure track faculty position.   Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  An earned Doctoral degree is preferred.  Candidates must be eligible for Texas licensure in Physical Therapy.  Extensive clinical experience, a record of graduate teaching, research and scholarly activity are essential.  The position will be available prior to the start of the Fall 2008 semester.

 

We are seeking individuals interested in joining a dynamic team of faculty, committed to excellence and innovation in education, research and service in Physical Therapy.  Opportunities exist for teaching in several areas, including, cardiopulmonary, professional issues, management, motor control and other areas of clinical practice.  Opportunities for clinical practice and consultation are also available. Specialty qualifications are preferred.
