Carmen Cardona, MPAS, PA-C Laredo Coordinator Carmen C. Cardona, MPAS, PA-C is a 2001 graduate of the Baylor College of Medicine PA Program in Houston, Texas. She graduated with honors and was the recipient of the Henry D. McIntosh Achievement Award for academic excellence. She was a member of the National Health Service Corps for 9 years and has spent her clinical career providing healthcare services to the underserved populations along the Texas-Mexico Border. PA Cardona was born and raised in the south Texas town of Alice, Texas. She is committed to serving the need of the residents of south Texas and is still active in clinical practice in Laredo, Texas.
