Julie Sauer, MPAS, MSM, PA-C

Ms. Sauer comes to UTHSCSA from South University’s PA program in Savannah, Georgia. She graduated University of Colorado with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. She worked for a year as a research assistant at the National Zoo in Washington, DC prior to entering PA school at Essex Community College in Baltimore, MD. She earned her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska and recently earned a second Masters of Science in Management with a health care emphasis from Troy State University. Ms. Sauer has had the opportunity to work in various places throughout the country in a variety of different settings. From inner city Washington to DC to rural Hawaii, with opportunities to participate in surgical sub-specialty clinics in Pensacola, Florida and general clinics in Savannah, Georgia. She has worked in Emergency Medicine, General Orthopedics, Pediatric Orthopedics and General Pediatrics. Ms. Sauer is married to an Army physician and has two children.
