Celebrate and show appreciation to your Administrative Professionals for Administrative Professional's Day, Wednesday, April 24, 2013. Thank your administrative professionals for a job well done! Show them they are appreciated! The Special Events Council will make it a little easier for you to honor them. Order an arrangement, snack basket, plant, or balloon through us and your order will be delivered to the university without the delivery charge. If you ask in advance, we will even deliver it to your office. Orders must be submitted to sec@uthscsa.edu no later than Friday, April 19. Plan to pick up your orders on Tuesday, April 23, at 10:00 a.m., Holly Auditorium Foyer.
Please notice that orders using cash and checks are tax exempt; however, if you pay using a personal credit card, those orders will be taxed. So, use the appropriate form below when placing your order. For cash and check payments, deliver money to Janice Smith (sec@uthscsa.edu), Graduate Dean's Office, MED –Room 414A.
