CLINICAL AFFILIATES
The clinical practicum is a vital part of the CLS student’s education. During this time the student transitions from didactic lectures and student laboratories to learning to function in the clinical laboratory. They receive training in all disciplines in the laboratory and become a healthcare professional and part of the healthcare team. Dedicated clinical instructors in each discipline teach them, mentor them, and serve as role models.
