Thank you for visiting UT Health Science Center's Dental Laboratory Sciences website. As a department in the School of Health Professions, we are committed to providing excellent dental science education programs. New and emerging technologies have made Dental Laboratory Science an extremely exciting and challenging profession, resulting in increased demands and a greater position of value for the dental technologist as a member of the dental health care team.
The Department of Dental Laboratory Sciences is recognized as the leader in a growing number of advanced dental laboratory science educational programs. Our Bachelors Degree Program offers four tracks including Theory and Practice, Laboratory Operations, Advanced Technology Applications, and Pre-Dental. For the non-degree seeker we offer an Advanced Certificate Programs (See Harvard).
