In Laredo, the School of Health Professions offers coursework in the following healthcare program: Physician Assistant Studies. The Physician Assistant Studies program offers a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. Through the use of classroom instruction, laboratory simulations and clinical rotations, students are guided and trained for professional practice. To supplement traditional classroom instruction we use distance-learning technology; the program is taught simultaneously in San Antonio and Laredo through live interactive television.
