Occupational Therapy
Message from the Chair
Occupational therapists provide interventions to help people of all ages achieve independence in their lives. Graduates from our Masters of Occupational Therapy program have the skills to help individuals with disabilities succeed in activities at home, school, play, and in the community.
We have an exciting curriculum that is designed to provide the theoretical and clinical foundations needed for occupational therapy practice, in areas such as early childhood intervention, hand therapy, low vision, prehension development, sensory integration, psychosocial difficulties, and stroke rehabilitation.
With a strong commitment to clinical reasoning and clinical practice, our occupational therapy faculty members guide our MOT students into becoming highly qualified health care professionals.
Please look through our website, give us a call, or email us if you are interested in becoming part of a health profession that is in high demand and that is flexible and rewarding.
