Our staff
The South Texas Fertility Center is proud to have an administrative staff capable of managing a variety of patient support services. We will be happy to assist patients with any insurance and billing questions and provide appointments to the appropriate specialist within the office.
The South Texas Fertility Center will also file insurance claims on behalf of the patient for any covered services. Non-covered services will be paid for by the patient at the time of service. A copy of the fee ticket can be supplied on request for the patient to use in filing a claim with her insurance company.
Our professional fees are based upon state and national surveys that have established fees for equitable services. Fees are subject to change without notification and should be discussed with the Billing Coordinators during your initial visit.
