There is no installation fee and the monthly charge is $39.33. Your department must issue a purchase order for the monthly charges from the installation date until the end of the fiscal year. Every fiscal year, a new purchase order is required for payment of the monthly charges.
When your department receives the billing statement from Time Warner, be sure the purchase order is on the billing statement and forward it to Accounting for payment.
