Submitting a Service Request Form (SRF)

A Telecommunications & Networking Service Request Form (SRF) is required for communications installations, changes, moves, de-installs, and various projects.

The SRF may also be faxed to ext. 7-3927. (210-567-3927 if off campus)

Checking on a Service Request

Please have your T&N SRF number available when you call T&N Customer Services @ 7-2061 to check the status.

Changes to a Service Request

Any changes to the SRF will require an email from the authorized signature. Contact Customer Services @ 7-2061 for further information.

Office Renovations

Telecommunications & Networking must be notified of planned renovations.

Representatives from T & N will meet with a representative of your department to discuss your telephone and data connection needs resulting from planned renovations. Area location changes or deletions to telephone or data cable must be included on blueprints sent to Facilities Management by Telecommunications & Networking . Any changes must be cleared through our Customer Services.
Networking staff will pull cable only to locations designated by Telecommunications & Networking personnel.
