Acadiana Luncheon fundraiser for SECC

Luncheon dates: Sept. 20 at TRP and Sept. 21 at Central Campus

Tickets:

• Enclosed in your packet is a coverletter and sheet of Acadiana tickets
• Tickets are $10 each, 100% of the profits go directly to SECC
• Very important - Indicate on stub choice of menu (Catfish or Country Fried Steak or Vegetarian Lasagna)
• Keep ticket stub, to be turned in with your money
• Turn in money and ticket stub (see dates / locations below)
• Mark "Void" on unsold tickets planning to turn in or not
• Checks accepted, make payable to: SEC

Menu (choice of one only):

• Fried Catfish: cole slaw, red beans and rice, roll, bread pudding and a beverage
• Country Fried Steak: cole slaw, red beans and rice, roll, bread pudding and a beverage
• Vegetarian Lasagna: toss salad, garlic toast, bread pudding and a beverage

FAQs:

1. Can we use IDTs?
   Answer: Yes. Here is the information you'll need:
   • Please issue a credit to the following account for the IDT: Special Events Council, Dept ID: U5100, PID: 123365, Fund: 67001.
   • In the description of services, a suggestion: Special Events Council/SECC Fundraiser/Acadiana Café
   • On the next line indicate the number of lunches and the charge, for example: 50 lunches @ $10.00 each.
   • Please forward the IDT to Mary Yanes for signature and submission at sec@uthscsa.edu.
2. Can we accept checks?
   Answer: Yes. Make checks payable to SEC or Special Events Council.
3. Can we purchase tickets the day of the event?
   Answer: Yes. There will be a limited amount of plates sold on site.

Prizes (SECC coordinators only):

• Acadiana: Dinner for two gift certificates
• Sylvia's Mexican Resturant: $10 gift cards
• Chic-Fil-A: $10 gift cards
• Coyote Canyon, A Steak buffet: Dinner for two gift card
• Where there is more than one departmental coordinator, it is left up to the coordinators´ discretion.

Dates:

• Monday - Friday, between 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. in room 4.476T (Dental School)
• Last day to turn in monday/tickets stubs: Sept. 17 by 1 p.m. in room 4.476T (Dental School)
• Thursday, Sept. 20, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. - Pickup luncheon at TRP only (present ticket)
• Friday, Sept. 21, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. - Pickup luncheon on main campus only (present ticket)
