The Big Give, set for May 4, is South Central Texas’ 24-hour online day of online giving fueled by the power of generous donors, creative nonprofits, social media, collaboration, and you.
The goal of the Big Give is to support the nonprofits in our region that are committed to making South Central Texas a great place to live, work, and play.
Donations to UT Health San Antonio through the Big Give will support the Office of the Vice President for Research and its research and entrepreneurship initiatives.
Since 2014, 101,000 donors have given nearly $11 million dollars to over 1,600 nonprofits through the Big Give-making it one of the most successful giving days in the country.
UT Health San Antonio is one of this year’s Big Give participants. Every day, our students, residents, scientists and clinicians collaborate to discover new medical devices, therapies and diagnostics that can prevent, treat, or cure diseases afflicting the health and wellness of our community and beyond.
Your support through the Big Give enables us to fund the long and costly pathway of bringing biomedical products to patients to make lives better.
The grand finale event, in partnership with San Antonio Science, is a Trivia Night at Ranger Creek Tasting Room.
