Information Security will be adding a new “Phish Alert” button in Windows Outlook to help users easily report suspicious emails known as phishing. A phish is a fraudulent email pretending to be from a genuine organization you may be familiar with, trying to convince you to give up sensitive information. The Phish Alert button makes its debut on the ‘Home’ panel of Windows Outlook starting on Friday, July 14. For more information, please visit: infosec.uthscsa.edu/phish-alert-button
