The Data Management Coordinator (DMC) is responsible to the Chief of Police for providing data management support for the Department, Campus Security as it relates to computerized access, and supervision of personnel assigned to the Data Management Division.  The DMC acts as the Local Area Network Administrator for the automated data systems used within the local PC network.  The DMC is responsible for the inventory and control of all of the departments computers and computer software.

The Access Control Specialist (ACS) is responsible to the Data Management Coordinator for maintaining control, audit and inventory records, and the processing of monthly reports and notices regarding keys and all related information, including that for keyless "card" access and ID cards.

Additional Duty - Evidence Custodian (Primary)

The Sanction & Security Compliance Officer (SSCO) is responsible to the Data Management Coordinator for running Sanction, Criminal History and Driving Record checks.
