During challenging times it’s quite normal and appropriate to be experiencing difficult emotions such as fear, anger, and hopelessness. Emotions are a normal part of being human, but trouble can arise when we get stuck in them. This session will walk you through a powerful tool to meet these difficult emotions is a way that will help you to move through them and emerge more resilient and better able to help yourself and others.
