Biography
Noel A Vega is a licensed Prosthetist/Orthotist for the University of Texas Health Science Center, Rehab Medicine. Mr. Vega received his undergraduate degree at University of Puerto Rico. He received his certification in Prosthetics and Orthotics at Northwestern University Prosthetics/ Orthotics Center.
