Endodontics residency application requirements
All application requirements are to be uploaded to the ADEA PASS application website. We do not participate in the National Match Program. The application deadline is June 17, 2024, 3:00pm CST (for the 2025 program start).
Admission Requirements
Interviews will be Friday July 12, 2024, at UT Health San Antonio (if covid restriction change, interviews will change to virtual).
Graduated from a US/Canadian CODA-accredited dental school
- ADEA PASS application
- Official transcripts from dental school submitted to PASS. Unofficial transcripts from all other schools attended, uploaded to PASS (this includes trade schools, community colleges, and universities).
- NBDE Part I or INBDE passing scores uploaded to PASS
- Three professional evaluations submitted to PASS
- Institution evaluation submitted to PASS
- $50.00 USD Application fee
