Born and raised in Cairo, Egypt, Mohammed Imam graduated top of his class from Cairo University where he received his B.D.S. Degree in Dental Surgery. After Dr. Imam completed a one-year general practice residency in Egypt, he decided to enhance his education and move to the U.S. to get his D.D.S from UT Health San Antonio. He received his D.D.S. with highest honors and became a member of the OKU Dental Society, which is the most prestigious dental society in the U.S.
Dr. Imam also completed a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the UT Health Science Center, where he became proficient in advanced dental surgery, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants and IV sedation. He remains active in his professional community and is a proud member of the American Dental Association, Texas Academy of General Dentistry and American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
In his spare time, Dr. Imam likes movies, reading, traveling, working out and spending time with his family. He is married, has a little boy and a dog, and loves doing outdoor activities with them.
