Richard Seals, B.S., D.D.S., M.Ed., M.S.

Richard R. Seals, Jr., D.D.S., M.Ed., M.S., is professor and head of the Division of Removable Prosthodontics at UT Health San Antonio. He also serves as director of Predoctoral Education for the Department of Prosthodontics.

Dr. Seals has held elected positions in the American Dental Education Association, the American College of Prosthodontists and the Federation of Prosthodontic Organizations. He has published numerous articles, abstracts, chapters and reviews on a wide range of prosthodontic topics. He has served as the publication editor for the Journal of Prosthodontics and as a reviewer for the American Journal of Dentistry, the International Journal of Prosthodontics, the Journal of the American Dental Association and the Journal of Dental Education.

Dr. Seals received his D.D.S. from the University of Oklahoma, his M.S. from UT Health San Antonio, and his M.Ed. from the University of Central Oklahoma.
