The Doctor of Dental Surgery is the dental degree that is required for the general practice of dentistry. It also is required for any advanced education programs. Our program at the UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry combines multidisciplinary training with a strong clinical focus, which prepares our students for a range of dental careers.
Approximately 100 students are admitted to each entering class. Dental school admission is highly competitive.
Our innovative curriculum, comprehensive clinical care program and outstanding faculty provide you with a superior student experience.
