The professional phase of the Master of Occupational Therapy curriculum consists of 101 semester credit hours and begins at the end of May. Our program’s coursework will:
- Integrate gross anatomy and cadaver dissection into our students’ learning experiences
- Balance clinical excellence with theoretical concepts to prepare our graduates for therapeutic practice in areas including early childhood intervention, hand therapy, low vision, pediatric disability, sensory integration, psychosocial difficulties and stroke rehabilitation.
In order to be eligible for graduation, students must meet all academic requirements and successfully complete program requirements including participation in community service activities and the professional behavior evaluation.
