Consider joining our team as we work to improve health by advancing the quality of resident physicians’ education.

With approximately 950 residents and fellows representing over 85 specialties, we are steadfastly committed to training the next generation of outstanding physicians. Our major clinical training partners are University Health System, South Texas Veteran’s Health Care System (Audie L. We are national leaders in GME, invited to engage with the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) in multiple ways to include: Physician Well-being Symposiums, Strategic Scenario Planning, several Program Directors serve on Residency Review Committees and routinely invited to present seminars at the Annual Educational Conference. Further, the Vice Dean is the Course Director for the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) GME Leadership Course and serves on the AAMC Group on Resident Affairs Steering Committee.
