Courtney Thomas, D.O.

Dr. Thomas is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and specializes in anatomic pathology and gastrointestinal and liver pathology. She completed her residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at the Northeast Ohio Medical University/Summa health system program.  She subsequently completed two fellowships in both surgical pathology at Hartford Hospital in 2018 and gastrointestinal and liver pathology at Yale University in 2019. She is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology. Her interests include neoplastic and non-neoplastic gastrointestinal, hepatic and pancreaticobiliary pathology.
