MSN Program Overview
Earn a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and be prepared for advanced nursing practice and leadership. Our program is designed for individuals with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Our curriculum is based on the essentials set forth by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) and emphasizes organizational and systems leadership, performance improvement strategies, integration of healthcare technologies, and analysis of social health determinants to deliver a higher level of care and improve health outcomes. Students choose from seven track options: Administrative Management (AM) and Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL).
Course Delivery: MSN courses, clinical rotations, and labs are conducted in-person and online and require attendance on campus in San Antonio.
