Clara is a prosthodontics resident and is involved in dental materials research working to develop a novel dental composite as a low shrinkage, hydrophobic, antimicrobial alternative to the BisGMA-TEGDMA composites that are most common in the dental industry.

Research Topic:  Development of a Boron Nitride Nanosheet-Filled Antimicrobial, Hydrophobic, Composite with a Difunctional Oxirane and a Multifunctional Acrylate
