Nathaniel Alvarez

M.S. Student

Nathaniel Alvarez's research is focused on three-dimensional chromosomal architecture in pancreatic cancer and creating new and innovative experimental and computational approaches for identification of genomic regulatory elements at one dimensional and three-dimensional manners. This includes developing up-to-date experiments and computational pipelines to aid molecular biomarker discovery and examining the significance of identified gene signatures in patient's survival and prognostic information.
