Rachel Kurcz, DDS

Rachel Kurcz, DDS, was born and raised in Michigan and decided to become a dentist at a young age. 

After obtaining her Bachelor of Science at the University of Notre Dame, she accepted a military scholarship for dental school. Dr. Kurcz graduated from the world’s oldest dental school, the University of Maryland, in 2018. 

After graduating, she was commissioned as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. Dr. Kurcz furthered her education with an Advanced Education in General Dentistry at 1st Dental Battalion, Camp Pendleton, CA. She served alongside the Marines for 2 years before transferring to Naval Air Station Fallon, Fallon, NV, where she was the Department Head of Dental at “TOPGUN.” After 5 years of service, Dr. Kurcz is honored to have the opportunity to learn Endodontics from top faculty in the specialty at UTHSCSA. 

She enjoys travel, skiing, and paddleboarding in her free time with her husband, Martin.
