Creative outlets can help cancer patients and family members cope with stress related to a cancer diagnosis. Our activities provide nonverbal outlets for the expression of feelings, promote relaxation and improve the person’s sense of well-being. Art, music, journaling and knitting are examples of expressive arts.

Bottles of Hope – A Bottle of Hope is a unique work of art created out of polymer clay that symbolizes a wish for health.
Let’s Knit – Knitting can be a soothing and creative outlet for people going through a serious illness. The rhythmic & focused nature of the craft promotes serenity while producing something beautiful.
