Exercise and Movement
Exercise has been proven to decrease fatigue, reduce stress and control weight. Our classes use slow, gentle and safe movements, designed to be appropriate for individuals with limited mobility and decreased physical stamina.
Tai Chi/Qi Gong is a Chinese form of exercise. It is characterized by slow, low-impact movements that are performed in a relaxed, conscious manner.
Gentle Yoga: Yoga has been shown to increase physical fitness while reducing stress and anxiety. This gentle yoga class focuses on flexibility, balance, and proper breathing techniques.
