Satellite Clinics

The Laredo Dental Clinic is a partnership between the School of Dentistry at UT Health San Antonio and the Laredo Health Department, offering high-quality comprehensive dental services for both pediatric and adult patients while providing excellent clinical training opportunities for predoctoral and advanced education dental students. The clinic accepts most insurance plans, Medicaid, CHIP and uses sliding scale fees based on annual income for uninsured patients.

Located on the west side of San Antonio, the Ricardo Salinas Clinic is a unique partnership between the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District and UT Health San Antonio’s Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry program. The clinic employs a bilingual staff, accepts patients with Medicaid, offers pediatric services on a sliding fee scale, and is managed by board-certified pediatric dental faculty. While providing quality pediatric dental care for the community, the clinic also offers excellent clinical training opportunities for both predoctoral and advanced education students.

The Christus Santa Rosa Children's Dental Center is located within the Christus Santa Rosa Children's Hospital in downtown San Antonio. This clinic serves a predominantly Medicaid population, as well as a variety of special health care needs pediatric patients. The hospital is the base for the Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry program's hospital operations (operating room, after-hours emergency room, anesthesia rotation, and pediatric medicine rotation).
