Vascular Surgery

The vascular surgery practice at UT Health San Antonio is a comprehensive vascular and endovascular surgery practice specializing in the evaluation and care of conditions affecting blood flow through the arteries and veins. Our specialists have extensive experience treating complicated and general vascular problems in adults and children.

We help by confirming an accurate diagnosis and designing a successful treatment plan tailored for each patient's needs. We use the most modern, reliable, FDA-approved devices for providing comprehensive diagnostic services and treatment plans including advanced, noninvasive vascular imaging, open and endovascular surgery, thrombolytic treatments, thoracic outlet syndrome therapy, thoracic and abdominal endografting and peripheral and carotid interventions.

We are also focused on preventing vascular diseases and offer preventative vascular services, such as aneurysm detection and stroke prevention screening. We offer same-day appointments for all patients at each of our locations.
