Summer is quickly approaching. But now is the time to start planning for the 2023-2024 school year. 

On June 3, UT Health San Antonio will conduct free comprehensive UIL/sports physicals for middle and high school students at the UTSA Convocation Center.

The exams will be conducted by licensed, UT Health San Antonio sports medicine physicians and clinical athletic trainers.

• Registration is full.

• Youth ages 17 or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
   
• Students must bring a signed parent consent form to the exam:
