Executive Health light packages are now available for patients who want to take advantage of our specialized care but may not need a full range of testing. For our male patients:
- Dermatology exam with a board-certified dermatologist
- Eye exam (no dilation)
- Nutritional counseling with a registered dietitian
- Chest X-ray
- Electrocardiogram (ECG)
- Bruce protocol cardiac stress test or CT calcium score test (not recommended for those 40 years and younger)
- Physical exam, followed by a review and discussion of all test results
- Fasting pre-labs
For our female patients:
- Dermatology exam with a board-certified dermatologist
- Eye exam (no dilation)
- Nutritional counseling with a registered dietitian
- Chest X-ray
- Electrocardiogram (ECG)

- PAP by a board-certified gynecologist
- Bilateral mammogram (Recommended for those 40 years and older, or those with history of breast cancer in immediate family)
- DXA bone scan (Women 45 years and older)
