Happiness is defined in a multitude of ways. Is it about accomplishing something? Is it about having a productive day? Or maybe just making someone smile? Life can be full of negative experiences but it is important to stop and be present for the happy moments. Happiness is about enjoying the journey and not being so focused on the destination.
