Cassandra Olson Williams, D.O.
Dr. Olson Williams completed her residency in family medicine at Wright State University and a fellowship in primary care sports medicine with Kettering Sports Medicine in Ohio. She is originally from the upper Midwest and spent two years working at a non-profit in a coastal town in Southeast Alaska before returning to school to pursue her career in medicine. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Touro University and uses hands-on techniques to supplement her practice in sports medicine and musculoskeletal care.
She has special expertise in the evaluation and treatment of sports-related and musculoskeletal conditions including acute injury such as sprains, strains and fracture care, as well as chronic conditions like osteoarthritis or overuse injuries such as tendonitis and impingement syndromes. She offers ultrasound as a diagnostic modality and performs in-office procedures including injection therapy to the joints and trigger points. She also offers osteopathic manipulation therapy, or hands on manual therapy.
