Package B: For those 40-49 years of age

Package B is for those between the age of 40 and 49. It includes a personal consult with a board-certified internist and comprehensive testing to include:

  • Audiogram (hearing test)

  • Dermatology exam (skin screening)

  • Eye exam (no dilation)

  • Nutritional counseling by a registered dietician (with lunch included)

  • Electrocardiogram (ECG)

  • Cardiac stress test (heart) or Calcium score study (additional if requested) 

  • Chest x-Ray

  • Mammogram, pap test and gynecology exam with a gynecologist (females)

  • Physical exam, review and discussion of all results with a board-certified internist at the end of the day

  • Fasting pre-labs, scheduled prior to the visit, include: complete blood count (CBC) with differential, complete metabolic panel, HbA1C, lipid panel, high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), free T4, vitamin D, HIV antibody, urinalysis, cytopathology for Pap test(females) and PSA (males)
