Dr. Leggoe obtained his biology and pre-med degree from Rowan University in southern New Jersey, then went on to Virginia Tech in Blacksburg for medical school at the Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Leggoe returned to NJ to complete a residency in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ – School of Osteopathic Medicine. After this, he furthered his osteopathic education with a one-year fellowship in neuromusculoskeletal medicine and osteopathic manipulative medicine at Florida Hospital, East Orlando.
Dr. Leggoe has spent significant time training upcoming residents and treating patients with his musculoskeletal and procedural pain management skillset. Dr. Leggoe is originally from the Philadelphia area and recently relocated to Texas as his wife is a physician for the Air Force. Dr. Leggoe enjoys a holistic approach to the patient and incorporating his knowledge of the neuromusculoskeletal systems including Sports Medicine, Rheumatology, Procedural Pain Management, and more. He enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid home cook with interest in a fellowship in “culinary medicine” to hopefully, one day teach patients to cook better for themselves.
