Our team is locally and nationally recognized for their innovations and contributions to surgery, including colorectal and pelvic floor surgery.

Our team of board-certified, fellowship-trained surgeons are experts at evaluating and treating diseases and conditions of the colon, rectum and pelvic floor.  Our collaborative approach to treatment includes in-depth consultations with our patients and their other medical specialists. This ensures an accurate diagnosis and allows our surgeons to design a treatment plan tailored to the patient’s specific needs.

Often, these types of diseases require a multidisciplinary treatment approach which we support through initiating additional consultations with our experts in gastroenterology, urology, gynecologic oncology and others as needed.

Whenever possible, we utilize minimally invasive and/or robotic surgical techniques for the benefit of the patient. These advanced surgical techniques have proven to reduce pain, decrease blood loss, shorten hospital stays and reduce scarring.

Some of the conditions we treat include pelvic organ prolapse, colorectal cancer and polyps, diverticular diseases, motility disorders (irritable bowel disease, constipation, gastroparesis, fecal incontinence), inflammatory bowel diseases (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis), and anal/rectal diseases (fistula, abscesses, cancer, hemorrhoids).
