As requested by The University of Texas System Chancellor McRaven and the UT Health San Antonio President Henrich, a broadly representative UT Health San Antonio Working Group of faculty, staff, and students was formed in September 2015. This collective served as a consultative body to discuss how Senate Bill (SB) 11 might be implemented at UT Health San Antonio and to recommend options to President Henrich. (See Appendix A for the roster of persons participating on the Working Group.) The Working Group met regularly from September through November 2015, deliberating on the multiple facets of implementing SB 11 across the UT Health San Antonio's many locations in San Antonio and South Texas.
