On National Doctors’ Day, say thanks to your favorite physician

National Doctors’ Day is March 30, but UT Health San Antonio will be celebrating doctors the entire week of March 25.

Sir William Osler, one of the four founding professors of Johns Hopkins Hospital once said, “The good physician treats the disease; the great physician treats the patient who has the disease.”

And so it is with our physicians.  We thank them and recognize them for their unwavering commitment to the mission and the sacrifices that go along with that dedication.

And don’t forget to pick up a free ice cream cone in either the ALTC courtyard of the MARC from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, March 29.

We have developed a website populated with notes of appreciation from staff, faculty and students. Click here to view the site and send a quick message of thanks to your favorite UT Health San Antonio physician on Twitter by using the hashtag #UTHealthSADocsRock and tagging @UTHealthSA.
