UT Health San Antonio has created and released a new set of social media guidelines and policies for marketing and communication professionals to communicate in a voice aligned with the overall brand.
The guidelines were formulated by the digital experience team in the Marketing, Communications & Media office in conjunction with Ten Adams, a marketing consultant firm.
The new policies address how we communicate, our brand personality, how to respond to both positive and negative feedback, and links to the brand pages of various social media channels.
