Planned power outage set for Dental, Lecture Hall buildings


A partial power outage for the Lecture Hall Building and the Dental Building on the Long campus has been scheduled from 4:30 to 6:30 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 14.

Emergency power outlets, emergency lighting, all fire life safety equipment and eye wash stations will be available throughout this outage.

The purpose for this electrical outage is to prepare for a Dental Building 13.2kV switchgear upgrade in support of the Dental Building renovation currently in construction.
