Endowment for Periodontal Excellence

The Endowment for Periodontal Excellence has been established as an exclusive giving campaign in which all money raised assures the future of the Periodontics Department. With the department's history of achievement and success, we are continuously one of the most sought-after postdoctoral programs in the country, recruiting only the very best students, receiving funding for outstanding research, producing extraordinary peer-reviewed publications, and employing the best-trained faculty and staff.

Our goal is to raise $500,000 in the Endowment for Periodontal Excellence campaign. Please help us by making a five-year pledge today. Not sure how much to give? Consider donating the value of a single tooth implant each year (a $3,000 value). Over five year, that is a $15,000 pledge.

We are excited about the future of Periodontics and especially our Department. Please help us continue to be the best by making your contribution today!

Taline Dadian Infante, Ed.D., R.D.H., Endowed Memorial Scholarship

Dr. Infante was an associate professor and director of the Periodontics Department’s Dental Hygiene Division. She was an excellent leader and motivator, and under her tenure, the Dental Hygiene program earned a national reputation for a professional development workshop aimed at dental hygiene educators whose focus is clinical education and training.

Her family and husband, Anthony Infante, M.D., Ph.D., established this memorial scholarship fund for dental hygiene students in her honor. This scholarship will benefit students who share her belief in the importance of interdisciplinary partnerships between all healthcare professionals - hygienists, dentists, physicians, and nurses.
