Dr. Neil Mascarenhas grew up in Dallas, TX. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Dallas where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. After graduation, Dr. Mascarenhas attended Texas A&M School of Dentistry and earned his D.D.S. in 2023.
While in dental school, he became interested in pursuing a career in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery after participating in rotations and clinical research in the field. He began his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at UT Health San Antonio in 2023 and is expected to earn his M.D. in 2026.
In his free time, Dr. Mascarenhas enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, paddle-boarding, and exploring San Antonio.
