The Work Order Inquiry allows you to look up any of your open and closed Facilities Management work orders for the past two years.

 

Instructions:

  • Enter your Work Order number in the space below
  • Click on the Submit button
  • To inquire on another Work Order, click on the Clear button to reset the form
